Edconnectionsllc Helping Parents

The idea for this site came from hearing parents expressing their frustration when trying to help their children complete educational studies at home. These parents were experiencing the same common problems which can occur when educating children in any setting. As a retired teacher with over 36 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with parents and teachers to address many commonly encountered behavior and learning problems. It was not uncommon for parents or teachers to share their frustrations or educational problems through questions, such as, “What can I do when my child/ student does ____?” The answers to these questions created a variety of positive actions to solve each problem. I am sharing these potential solutions with you to use at home with your child.

This free site offers you time-tested, proven successful actions and tips to prevent or correct behavior and learning problems in the home environment. I have consolidated and modified these commonly used classroom strategies for your convenience and use at home with your child.
